2 ripe bananas
2 large eggs

Instructions
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Coat the pan and the parchment paper with vegetable oil.
Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Cut your bananas into small pieces in a bowl and mash well with a fork.
Add yogurt, oil, honey, eggs and vanilla and mix well.

3 large peaches

1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Cinnamon Glaze:
1/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Cake:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a baking pan with cooking oil and line the pan with parchment paper.
Chop the peaches roughly to get around 3 cups.
Mix the olive oil, yogurt, sugar, vanilla and eggs together.
Next, add baking powder, flour, baking soda, ginger, salt, cloves and nutmeg to the mix and stir well until you get no lumps.
Fold in the peaches.
