The ingredients include 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 3 bananas preferably freckly yellow, heavy cream measuring about 2/3 cup, and a pinch of flaky salt.

To begin the baking process, you’ll need to slice the bananas into thick sizes and arrange them with each slightly overlapping the other in an oven-safe skillet preferably 10-inches in size. Proceed to pour your cream on top after evenly crumbling the sugar on top of the bananas. A teaspoon of vanilla extract, one-quarter teaspoon of kosher salt, half cup of unsweetened powdered cocoa, 2 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 3 sets of egg whites, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 2 ½ cups of chocolate chips.

Begin by heating your oven to about 350F after which you line the baking sheets with a good quantity of parchment paper.

Use any mixer of your choice to mix the salt, powdered cocoa, and sugar.
